No- We do not offer refunds. All purchases either online, in store, phone, mail or via email are 'Non Refundable.' We only offer an exchange within a 15 day period from date of receiving your purchase. This time frame is solely for a customer to make contact with our business for notification of reason for an exchange. We will evaluate the reason for an exchange and base our decision to approve or deny an exchange. In the event that an aggrement of exchange is approved for a customer, there will be a 7 business day period to conclude the exchange starting on the date the approval is issued. Customer may not return any product without our approval for a return. Based on our evaluation for a return, we will only accept a return solely for an exchange of same product or products equal to the same value of original purchase price. Shipping charges are not included in the original purchase price. Terms apply to all 'online, in store, email, mail and phone' orders.

II.Subject to product availability and product exchange, any ceramic product purchased online may be exchanged within 15 days after receiving your purchase. However, customer must first email or call us within the 15 days of receiving their order and notify our business with reason for any product exchange. We will evaluate customer's reason for exchange and consider 'approval or denial' of the exchange terms based on our evaluation. Any ceramic item purchased online may be exchanged for any other product or products of original or equal value from our Website or store locale. Upon our approval, ceramic items must be returned in a safe and insured package for proper exchange or for in-store credit. No broken or damaged ceramic product or ariticle of clothing returned from our customer will be honored or accepted for exchange or in-store credit.
III.Subject to availability, articles of clothing may be exchanged within 15 days of online purchase for an exchange of equal value of our product/products from our website or store. Articles of clothing must not be used, worn or washed and must be returned with all original tags and labels. You must first email or call us for any need of exchange on clothing. Exchange on articles of clothing may result in additional fees or charges depending on the assessment made on the condition of item or items returned for exchange. Original clothing tags/labels must accompany all articles of clothing as well as all receipts or copies of receipts/invoices for exchange.
